Growth takes work. You don’t have to do it alone.

Redbrook Therapy offers practical, goal-oriented counseling for adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, anger, relationship conflict, and stress.

Our approach

Therapy Is Not One-Size-Fits-All

Every person who comes to Redbrook Therapy brings a different story. We believe counseling works best when it reflects who you are. Each clinician at Redbrook Therapy tailors the process to your experiences, strengths, and goals to build a plan that supports meaningful, lasting change.

Grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, our work centers on practical change. Sessions focus on building tools for emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, stronger communication, and greater confidence in not only insight, but action.

In practice, that may include identifying unhelpful thought patterns, learning how to respond instead of react, developing boundary-setting skills, improving conflict communication, strengthening coping strategies, and creating realistic, measurable goals. The process is collaborative and tailored to you. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to grow, the goal is to help you move forward with clarity and direction.

Confidentiality, professionalism, and your psychological safety are foundational to the work we do.

We believe therapy should be practical, respectful, and centered on real change.

Meet the Team

Redbrook Therapy is building toward becoming a collaborative group practice. As the team expands, new clinician profiles will be added here.

  • "Bryan is an excellent and knowledgeable counselor who is very personable and relates really well with his clients. He always challenges me when we talk, and he knows how to bring it when with clients. I'd refer clients to him without hesitation."
